About Surimi

Surimi, the Essence of our Products.

“Surimi” is a gel made primarily from Alaska Pollock (mainly) that’s been processed into other kinds of seafood. Originated in Japan several centuries ago, surimi is a uniquely funmctional food ingredient made of fish proteins and used in surimi seafood products.

Surimi consists of fish protein that are refined through fish, then washing,removing water and freezing the remaininig protein. Good quality surimi is odorelss and has a creamy white appearance.

Surimi seafood consists of unique seafood ingredients with flavor similar to that of naturally occurring crab, shrimp, lobster and other shellfish with added convenience, safety and versatility.

The Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) is an international non-profit organisation which sets globally recognised, science-based standards for sustainable fishing and the seafood supply chain. The MSC ecolabel and certification program recognises and rewards sustainable fishing practices and is helping create a more sustainable seafood market.

About our seafood trading company

Our seafood trading company is a 100% subsidiary of Kanetetsu Delica Foods, and their main products are Capelins, Crabs, Lobsters, Herrings, and Herring Eggs. The trading company purchased these Marine products and sold them in Japan and oversea markets. They have alliance partners with oversea factories in Thailand, China, and Southeast Asia. Also, any order customizations per client are available, so please feel free to contact us for any inquiries.
