Takikomi Gohan
Seasoned steamed rice with Chikuwa, Fried Tofu and carrots.

Ingredients
- Chikuwa 1
- Rice 300g
- Water 400ml
- Carrot 1/2
- Deep fried Tofu 1/2
- Salad Oil 1tsp
- For Dashi broth
- Soy sauce 1+1/2 tbs
- Mirin 2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Dashi powder 2 tsp
Directions
1.Cut, chikuwa into thin round slices, carrots and deep fried tofu into strips and set aside.
2.Put the washed rice, water, Step 1 ingreidents and Dashi broth to a rice cooker, mix lightly, and start cooking.
3.When the rice is cooked, mix it lightly and serve it in a serving bowl.
