Soba Noodle with Shrimp Tempura and Kamaboko
Kamaboko and Tempura are one of the authentic topping for soba noodle

Ingredients
- Your choice of Kamaboko
- Soba noodles (dried) 100g
- Scallion (small green onion) as you like
- Shrimp Tempura 1-2
- For Dashi soup broth
- Udon/Soba Dashi powder 1 pack
- Water (as specified in Udon/Soba Dashi pack)
Directions
1.Cut Kamaboko into 5mm thickness slices.
2.Boil Soba in a large pot of water as indicated on the package.
3.Heat up the Dashi broth soup ingreidents in a separate pot.
4.Put the boiled Soba in a bowl, pour in the Dashi broth soup.
5.Top with finely chopped green onlions, Shrimp Tempura, your favorite ingredients, and your choide of Kamaboko.
