Miso soup with Shinayaka Stick and green onion

- Shinayaka Stick 2
- Cabbage 40g
- Carrot 20g
- Green onion a little
- Miso paste 40g
- For Dashi broth sauce
- Water 300ml
- Dashi powder 1/2 tbs
1.Cut green onions into thinly slices and set aside.
2.Add Dashi powder Into the pot of water and bring it to boil.
3.Cut Shinayaka Stick and cabbage into one-bite sizes, and cut carrot into quarter-rounds.
4.Add Step 3 to Dashi broth and cook until vegetables are soft.
5.Turn off the heat and dissolve the Miso paste.
6.Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with green onions.
