Kanikama Coleslaw
Coleslaw topping with Kanikama

Ingredients
- Salad stick 8
- Cabbage 1/4
- Salt for rubbing 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper a pinch
- For dressing mix
- Mayonnaise 2 tbs
- Vinegar 1 tbs
- Sugar 1 tbs
Directions
1.Break Salad stick into small peices by hand.
2.Cut cabbage into strips and rub salt, let it sit for about 10 minutes, and then squeeze out the moisture by hand.
3.Mix together Salad stick peices, cabbage. Add the dressing mix and mix together well.
4.Add black pepper to taste and serve in a serving bowl.
