Hobo-Kani toast that really good for breakfast or light meal.

  • Hobo-Kani 6
  • White bread 2
  • Onion 1/6
  • Mozzarella cheese 20g
  • Black pepper a pinch
  • Mayonnaise 2 tbs


1.Break Hobo-Kani into small pieces by hand and slice onions.

2.Spread mayonnaise on a white bread.

3.Sprinkle Step 1ingredients and mozzarella cheese on Step 2 and bake in a oven toaster.

4.When browned, sprinkle coarsely ground black pepper and serve.                                                                                                                                                    5.Serve on a plate.
