Deep fried Gyoza that made from plant-based dumplings.

- Vegetable Gyoza 6
- Salad Oil (moderate amount for deep fry)
- For Sauce
- Vinegar 2 tsp
- Soy sauce 2 tbs
- Chili oil a little
1. Preheat salad oil to 180℃ and deep fry Vegetable Gyoza until golden brown.
2. Mix together the Sauce ingredients to make the dipping sauce.
3. Serve deep fry Vetetable Gyoza on a serving plate.
