  • Vegetable Gyoza 6
  • Salad Oil (moderate amount for deep fry)
  • For Sauce
  • Vinegar 2 tsp
  • Soy sauce 2 tbs
  • Chili oil a little


1. Preheat salad oil to 180℃ and deep fry Vegetable Gyoza until golden brown.

2. Mix together the Sauce ingredients to make the dipping sauce.

3. Serve deep fry Vetetable Gyoza on a serving plate.
